Pairing exercise with red light therapy is one of the most effective ways to reduce body fat and cellulite.

Red light therapy treatments have several mechanisms of action on muscle cells, such as improving cellular ATP energy synthesis, enhancing glycogen synthesis, reducing oxidative stress, protecting against exercise-induced muscle damage, and adding new myonuclei to support muscle hypertrophy. How to Use
The Infrared Lipo Wrap

Drink two glasses of water every hour on the entire day of your treatment. (Before and after your treatment.) Before your treatment, drinking water is to optimize the hydration of the fat cell so the Light will target the fat cell.

Drink at least a liter of water an hour prior to treatment.
Do not eat one hour before and one hour after your treatment. This will allow your liver to focus on processing the fat without being distracted by processing your food. Remember to maintain a healthy diet of low carbohydrates / low fat that is designed, at a minimum, to maintain your weight and not cause you to gain weight.

Don't eat for at least a half-hour before treatment.
Put your Lipo Wrap on for 20 min. at a time, maximum 3 times a day with a break of 2 min
in between (maximum of 60 min.).
Ideally bodyweight exercises like squats, pushups
or sit-ups. We recommend a HIIT workout to start flushing the released fat from your system. 20 min.
of cardio or a session on a vibration plate also does
the trick if exercise is not an option.
After your treatment, drinking plenty of water will help to flush your lymphatic system and rid your body of fat and toxins. For optimal results, drink 8-10 glasses of water on non-treatment days to allow your body to remove toxins and flush them away as you burn fat. Hydration is vital with the Light!

Drink a second liter of water after treatment.
Do not eat one hour before and one hour after your treatment. This will allow your liver to focus on processing the fat without being distracted by processing your food. Remember to maintain a healthy diet of low carbohydrates / low fat that is designed, at a minimum, to maintain your weight and not cause you to gain weight.

Do not eat for 30 minutes after each session.
Your liver will already have enough waste to process without the added toxin of alcohol, which the body prioritizes processing over fat. Keep alcohol to a minimum for at least 24 hours while the body processes the released fat. If you drink alcohol before processing the released fats from treatment, the fat can get reabsorbed by the fat cells and the full effect of treatment will not be achieved.
* Keep your diet healthy and ample water intake
(at least 2 liters daily) consistent throughout the week
for maximum results.
